first serve basis, 200 patients only
3. Is there an age requirement?
● Yes, participants must be 18 years
and older
4. Is there any cost?
● No, the services are provided at
no cost.
5. What services are being offered?
● Free Cleaning
● Free Fillings
● Free Extractions
6. What should I bring?
● Bring a valid photo ID
7. Do I need to verify my income?
● Yes, income verification is required
(gross amount).
8. Will I be denied because of
my income?
● No, you will not be denied because
of your income or for having
dental insurance.
9. Are there other dates available?
● No, Friday November 6, 2026 is the only
day of treatment.
10. Do I need to attend registration day to
receive services?
● Yes, you must come to registration day
in order to receive services.
11. Can I bring my children on the
treatment date?
● No, children are not allowed on the day
of treatment.
12. Can someone else apply for me?
● No, you must apply in person yourself.
